Solpack Co., Ltd. establishes and discloses the following guidelines for processing personal information in order to protect the personal information of the data subject and to handle related grievances quickly and smoothly pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (General Provisions)
Solpack Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs you of the purpose and method of using the member's personal information and what measures are being taken to protect personal information through the personal information handling policy.
The company has established and complies with personal information handling policies to comply with all related laws such as the Communications Secret Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communication Network Use Promotion and Information Protection Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act.
In addition, the personal information handling policy is always disclosed on the first screen of the company's website so that users can always easily access it.
The personal information handling policy may be changed according to changes in related laws, guidelines, and internal operation policies of the company, and the change is notified according to the method prescribed by the relevant laws.
1. When purchasing products and inquiring about services, the company announces the "Membership Terms," "Personal Information Handling Policy," and "Personal Information Handling Consignment," and collects personal information only for the following purposes.

Article 3 (Personal information items to be collected)
1. The company collects the following personal information for membership registration, smooth customer counseling, and various services.

Article 5 (Period of Use of Retention of Personal Information)
1. The company retains users' personal information while using the service provided by the company and uses it for the purpose of providing services.
2. The personal information of the user registered in the computer may not be printed in the form of a document unless the person in charge of personal information management, the person in charge, or a person approved by them.
3. If the company needs to hold it for a certain period of time in accordance with related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Commercial Act, and the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, etc., it may hold it as follows.
(1) Records of contract or subscription withdrawal, etc.: Preservation period shall be five years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc
(2) Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: Preservation period shall be five years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc
(3) Records of consumer complaints or dispute settlement: Preservation period shall be three years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc
(4) Where it is collected for temporary purposes, such as surveys, events, etc.: The time of termination of the relevant survey, event, etc
(5) Records on identification: The preservation period shall be six months in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc
(6) Records of visits (logs): Preservation period shall be three months in accordance with the Communications Secrets Protection Act
(7) Where consent is obtained from other members: The period of consent is obtained

Article 6 (Revocation of Personal Information)
1. The company shall immediately take action when the reason for destruction occurs after achieving the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information. When destroying personal information, the deleted records shall be completely deleted from the disk by not being recovered or reproduced.
(1) In the case of a consultation bulletin board: When the relevant consultation case is completed
(2) In the case of delivery information: when goods or services are delivered or provided
(3) In the case of payment information: When the date of payment or the expiration of the extinctive prescription period of the claim has expired

Article 7 (Providing personal information to a third party)
1. The company does not provide personal information collected from users to third parties without the consent of the user.
2. If it is necessary to provide or share personal information with affiliates for better service provision, it will go through the process of obtaining consent from users by specifying the items of information to be provided or shared, and the name, purpose, and period of the affiliate.
3. In the following cases, personal information may be provided to a third party without obtaining the consent of the user to provide information.
(1) Where there are special provisions under the Personal Information Protection Act, the Information and Communication Network Use Promotion and Information Protection Act, the National Tax Act, the Real Name Transaction and Secrecy Act, the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act
(2) Where a specific individual is processed and provided in an unrecognizable form for statistical preparation research, marketing activities, etc.
(3) Where there is a merger, acquisition, comprehensive business transfer, etc. in relation to the company, the acquisition company, and the business transferee after the merger

Article 8 (Consignment of Personal Information)
1. In principle, the company does not entrust the processing of the personal information to others without the consent of the user. However, when entrusting the processing of personal information to a third party, it shall be entrusted in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act (restriction on the processing of personal information due to entrustment of work), and shall be in accordance with the following documents.
(1) Matters concerning the prohibition of the processing of personal information other than the purpose of performing entrusted affairs

Article 9 (Correction and Exercise Method of Access to Personal Information)
